Job Description
  • Support the company in providing technical solutions for all products owned by the company
  • Respond and provide solutions to customer complaints
  • Analyze the cause of customer product damage and provide suggestions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Workshop regarding all solutions provided to customers
  • Conduct technical visits to customers
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Working experience as Technical at least 2 years
  • Understand technical of the company products
  • Computer literate
  • Able to speak English is a plus point
  • Creative thinking and problem solving oriented
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discipline, responsible, high initiative and able to work in team
  • Ability to work indenpendently and travel for customers visit

Minimum Qualificiation
